ΣΧΕΔΙΟ ΚΑ1 Επιμόρφωση σε αξιολόγηση μαθητών και ψηφιακές εφαρμογές

Το σχέδιο «Επιμόρφωση σε αξιολόγηση μαθητών και ψηφιακές εφαρμογές» υλοποιείται από τη Διεύθυνση Β/θμιας Εκπαίδευσης Δωδεκανήσου σε συνεργασία με το Γυμνάσιο Γενναδίου και το 4ο Λύκειο Ρόδου.

Το σχέδιο στοχεύει στην επιμόρφωση των εκπαιδευτικών σε δύο θεματικές ενότητες:

Α) Αξιολόγηση μαθητών

Β) Ψηφιακές εφαρμογές

Στόχος της επιμόρφωσης για την αξιολόγηση των μαθητών είναι η απόκτηση γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων σχετικά με εναλλακτικούς τρόπους αξιολόγησης, η σύνδεσή τους με το εξεταστικό σύστημα και τη σχολική επίδοση και η αξιολόγηση ατομικών δεξιοτήτων και κλίσεων που δεν συμπεριλαμβάνονται σε γνωστικά αντικείμενα. Ένας δεύτερος στόχος είναι η διαφορετική οργάνωση της διδασκαλίας και της μάθησης στα πλαίσια του εξεταστικού συστήματος, σε συνδυασμό με την υλοποίηση καινοτόμων διδακτικών προσεγγίσεων και δράσεων που θα ενισχύσουν την ατομική και κοινωνική ανάπτυξη των μαθητών/τριών και τη δημιουργία θετικού παιδαγωγικού κλίματος στο σχολείο.

Project KA1 Teacher training at learners’ assessment and digital tools

The project “Teacher training at learners’ assessment and digital tools” is implemented by Directorate of Secondary Education in the Dodecanese.
The project aims at teachers’ training in two modules
A) Learners’ assessment
B) Digital tools
The objective of learners’ assessment training is to acquire knowledge and competences relevant to alternative forms of assessment, their interconnection with exams and learners’ evaluation and the assessment of individual skills not included in curriculum subjects. A second objective is the differentiated organization of teaching and learning in the framework of exams along with implementation of innovative teaching practices and activities that reinforce individual and social development of learners and create positive school climate.

Stella Lamprianou

I am Stella Lamprianou and I am 45. I am single and I have a daughter who is 20 years old.
I hold an BA in English language and literature by the University of Athens.
I have teaching experience 20 years. The last four years I was appointed as a head teacher at General Upper Secondary School of Archagelos Rhodes.
Our school is housed in an old building (1960) and as a head teacher it was my priority to improve school environment. At the same time, we tried to improve school climate by adopting new teaching methods and conducting projects. As a teacher I am interested in learning about education systems in other European countries and in visiting school surroundings. It has been one of the best lessons in my career.
Moreover, I have a special interest in introducing digital culture at school, for educational and administrative purposes.

Symela Morfopoulou

I am Symela Morfopoulou and I am a greek philologist in a General Upper Secondary school in Archagelos of Rhodes. I am working for the last seven years in this school. I like teaching very much because it is very interesting to cooperate with children every day. You can teach them a lot but you can also learn from them about their interests and their concerns. I finished my master in environmental education at the university of Aegean last summer. Also i speak English fluently and I have a good knowledge of computers. I am interest in running. I use to run for about 5 kilometers per day. I use to participate in Rhodes Marathon every year. I like listening to music and watching movies in cinemas or home. I like reading books in greek or English language and finally my best interest is moving a lot and visiting new countries because I want to know about new civilizations and meet new people.

Konstantina Mirou

My name is Konstantina Mirou and I am a teacher of Economics. I have been teaching economics in the general upper secondary school of Archangellos village in the island of Rhodes for the last two years. I am a BSc holder in Economics by the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki. After graduating from the University, I successfully attended an one-year course in the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education at the University of Crete, where I obtained a pedagogical certificate recognized by the public sector. Furthermore, I attended a number of seminars on special education and teaching methods concerning children with special needs. I have a 10 year teaching experience. As a teacher in public schools, my goal is to attract the interest of my students and to deliver more interesting sessions by approaching the economic science from various aspects. I have completed a number of projects in collaboration with my students involving the creation of new businesses and the conditions required for the operation and organization of an enterprise. My interests include the study of macroeconomic phenomena such as unemployment and GDP while I have a special interest on issues relating to the economic crisis in Greece and possible solutions for economic growth. In my spare time, I particularly enjoy reading and taking photos. I am also keen on swimming, dancing and cycling. I am trying to follow a healthy life style and I am happy to have a healthy mind in a healthy body.
